ADKOS Vehicle Storage & TransportReviews of adkos.com

The transport portion was very professional and courtesy. I recommend having an automated updated process so when the vehicle is pickup it send a email to the customer. The driver did an outstanding job on letting me know he was a day out and the approximate time of delivery. He was well within the 15 min of the time he gave. Definitely will use ADKOS in the future and will inform all the veteran and military community of this veteran source.

Like a lot of people, shipping cars is probably not something you do very often. And who do you contact? Like us, you will probably make calls to a few different companies and hope for the best. Well, let me save you the worry. You will make the right choice if you just call ADKOS. They are, by far, the best. Ryan and the team at ADKOS helped us through treacherous waters, literally, supporting us and our concerns every step of the way. In my opinion, they go above and beyond any expectation you may have. Believe me when I say that you will be in good hands. You will get the best service with the most experienced staff you can find. So, no need to worry. Give them a call, you'll see what I mean.

My son was deployed to Afghanistan and his pickup needed to be shipped to Montana from New York. Don was very attentive and realistic about the details of the transport. He was in communication often about the possible pickup dates and what to expect. We had two hurdles to overcome for a speedy transport; a remote pickup from upstate New York and a remote drop off in rural Montana. The driver picked up the vehicle on February 9 and it was delivered on February 12. This was remarkably fast since it could have taken as long as 7 to 10 days. My son took pictures to document the condition of the vehicle before pickup. When the driver arrived, he took many, many more pictures of the vehicle noting a previous, but obvious ding in the back box panel. Documentation meant they are just as concerned with potential damage issues as the customer. I received a text early the afternoon of February 11 from the driver letting me know he would be available for drop off either that night or anytime the next morning whichever was more convenient to us. We made arrangements for a 7:15am rendezvous. When we arrived, the pickup was already unloaded and was warming up in the 10 degree F temperature with the snow brushed off. The driver was exceptionally courteous and very flexible with our time and ability to make the hand-off only quite early in the morning. This company is a tiny bit more expensive, but the extra cash output is more than worth the professional service and assurance your vehicle will arrive as timely as possible and intact. We will most definitely use ADKOS should the need arise again. The choice is actually easy. We won't need to shop around again for the best transport because we already did all the research this time!

Excellent service and really easy to use. Very friendly and fast service, also veteran friendly and good for deployment use.

I want to shout out to Ryan personally. He has gone above and beyond to make my experience with ADKOS a pleasant one while being deployed. He is responds quickly to my emails and gives me detailed feedback every time. I will choose using ADKOS for all of my storage needs.

Excellent and Professional experience

Initially communication was great, the staff was easy to work with. I signed the contract well in advance—two months prior to be an exact. As my shipping day was getting closer, I had to call the staff and remind/ask them about the date since no company was assigned to transport my vehicle cross-country. The staff assured me that the bid was submitted in the system and awaiting on the company to be assigned. However, I didn’t have a tangible answer. It just added additional stress on top of everything I had going on during that time. I was on the verge of looking for a different company and I got a call at a very end. I will doubt I will use their service again. Mr. Rana

Easy coordination and lots of communication to support my vehicle transport. Quick resolution of a minor carrier damage claim via ADKOS as my transportation broker. They were a great advocate for me and my interests. Would recommend to any friends or family.
