My first pair of shoes for this season (have ordered many) actually fell apart but Adelante was very quick to replace them. I received a new pair in a very short amount of time. It's the first time I've ever had an issue with these shoes but it's like it never happened. My replacement pairs are holding up as expected and I will keep ordering new ones each spring as they are great summer shoes!

I ordered the wrong size initially. Being custom, the shoes are not returnable. But Adelante offered to make the right size for a very fair price and told me to keep (give away) the ones I initially received. No problem at all. The new shoes are terrific and look great. I have 5 pairs now.

Great men’s shoes. Very few brands are making 3E shoes. Their wide widths are excellent.
