The hair growth cycle is 90 days, so we recommend waiting until then to evaluate progress. An increase in shedding upfront is completely normal. Hey Kley, looking at your order history right now it looks like you subscribe to our products on November 5th. We always send out notifications 3 days in advance for all subscription orders. We also don't default to automatic subscriptions like other brands. You have to actively choose the subscription option. We've gone ahead and refunded the December 6th subscription order that went through and that should reach your account in 5-7 business days.
