Acuvue Brand Contact LensesReviews of acuvue.com

WARNING: do NOT buy acuvue contact lenses!! They advertise all these wonderful rebates if you make a high dollar purchase. Then they make it extremely difficult to obtain the rebate and will reject your submission over their “terms & conditions.” I meticulously followed every request and they STILL rejected my submission. This company is SCAMMING their consumers!! If you read other comments, you will see this is happening to everyone!!

When can the masses band together abd boycott. Contacts are over priced abd the refund/rewards/rebate program sucks. The online app is hard to use and never works. Its like they purposely make the rewards program difficult so you dont get it. As a company DO BETTER.

Hell in yours eyes. These acuve contacts just won't stay in your eyes. Disgustingly bad product

Acuvue moist one day contact lenses are utter rubbish. Fine once they are in but putting them in is the single most frustrating thing I’ve ever done. I may as well try to get cling film to stick to my eye… even once they sucked to your eye and simple blink is enough to make them crumble in a pathetic mess in your eye lid. I’ve worn my usual contact brand for two years now… I’ve put them in at 1am in the back of a dark fire engine travelling at speed on blue lights using nothing but a phone as a mirror… I can’t put Acuvue moist in given 20 minutes, perfect light and calming whale music…. Complete shite

a total scam - the rebate program is meticulously designed to prevent redemption. prepaid cards are not accepted in many stores, malfunction, and expire quickly so that you cannot redeem them

Please warn people. Do not use Acuvue. Something has gone wrong. I was loyal to this brand for 30 plus years but lately they are such poor quality or defected. I got a corneal ulcer but had hardly worn them. Did not sleep in them or overwear. I tried a 2nd batch a few months later after only wearing glasses. Almost immediately i got headaches and a new infection. Scary stuff .stay away. I changed brands and no issues so far.

To Whom It May Concern, last year after placing an order for my reward using my own e-mail address the digital award was stolen and used by someone else so after filing an appeal with the credit card company and nothing ever being done about it AND NO RESPONSE BACK. I used my son's email address this year to avoid the digital card once again being stolen. I placed the reward order months ago and after attaching the receipt it does not allow me to save and submit the order but shows the order is in process and gave me a confirmation code. I went back into it again several times and re-added the photo and am still not able to submit the order. Please advise I have already purchased more contacts but cannot get this first reward submitted and would like to submit my 2nd rewards order which was for another 6 months. This is very frustrating and I would really like to know why the system is not working correctly. I'M DONE WITH ACUVUE.. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.
