It said when I bought the actora product I could get a refund if not happy we were not happy the address to send it back was not easy to do and the refund was any 50%

Tried the product but did not work for me. Customer service was very prompt and completed my refund right away.

I have yet to receive my drops but am very excited to try them, I’ve been on levothyroxine and /or synthroid since 1997 and just recently started to notice gaining weight back 8 lbs in 3 months! 2 pm crash, brain fog, little to no energy , and just not feeling “good” not I’ll just not feeling “good” so I am looking forward to trying this. Also I accidentally ordered something else from them and immediately noticed my error, after being charged , I contacted them right away and the customer service is absolutely THE BEST! I emailed them maybe can hour ago at most and they already messsged back and refunded the money!! Now that is amazing . Thank you I appreciate you. Great experience dealing with you and your customer service!! Outstanding !!

The customer service is great. My shipment ever shipped. I contacted customer service and they were able to give me a full refund for my inconvenience and they were super nice.
