Hey Terri, I'm sorry it felt like nobody was listening. Messages only go unanswered when they're sent somewhere other than [email protected], and a refill can be canceled without us at all on the account page at actora.shop/account. If it's still running, call +1 424 252 2212 and we'll end it while you're on the line.
This company sets up an automated subscription service when you order. What is even more concerning is that the bottles they send are only 12ml (6 doses) less than a week’s worth. After contacting customer services, I managed to cancel my subscription and remove my card details. It was not straightforward. I only noticed it because I don’t have a house number so they temporarily blocked my order. I received an email from a suspicious email address which looked like a scam. When the bottles I ordered ( 2 one was ‘free’) they were minute. On one side the recommended daily dose was 2ml or the back it says 4ml. There is no supporting documentation. Beware this is not a company I would recommend. Living in the UK ( this company is US based) there are other suppliers. I still feel this product may be dubious but I don’t have enough to give it a fair trial ( less than 2 weeks worth) at an extortionate price. I’ve requested a refund…

Scam company. Do not give them your bank details, payment of £36 going out of my account every month without my permission. Couldn’t cancel despite never having subscribed!!! Also the product is just sugar syrup. Angry 😡

Hey Julie, I'm sorry the monthly payments weren't something you were expecting. They come from the automatic refill option, which is on the product page next to one-time purchase and appears again at checkout, and they stop as soon as it's cancelled at actora.shop/account. The drops have no added sugar, and the full ingredient list is on the label. If you want it cancelled for you, ring +44 118 242 9838 or email [email protected].

Hey there, I'm sorry you were charged and left waiting on a parcel. Each payment is tied to an order that ships with its own tracking link, sent by email as soon as it leaves, and delivery runs 5 to 15 business days. If a parcel never turned up, send the order number to [email protected] or ring +44 118 242 9838 and the team will trace it and stop any refills you don't want.
This company is a scam if I could’ve wouldn’t even give one star rating but you can’t write a review without rating at least one star!!! They continue to take payment from accounts despite agreeing to cancel. Have informed my bank and reported it as a scam, thought it was sorted even got new debit card yet they still managed to take 3 further monthly payments of £28.79 so far, I wonder how many other people are being scammed like this, it is now my intention to report not just to my bank again but to police and request Facebook takes down their advert . They must be making a fortune scamming vulnerable people

Hey there, I'm sorry this has dragged on for you. A refill ends the moment it's cancelled on the account page, and a cancellation by email only counts once it reaches [email protected]. I'd like the team to go through the payments since then with you, so please write to that address with your order number or ring +44 118 242 9838.
I returned product as realised I couldn’t use the item I bought, postal services returned item stating insufficient address, which was incorrect as I was given the address by Adrian, Customer Support Help Advisor, total scammed I was, note to self next time check trust pilot to see if they are a worthy company before ordering.

Hey Simone, I'm sorry your return bounced back to you after all that. When a parcel comes back marked insufficient address, it's nearly always the label or the courier's sorting, and the fix is a fresh set of return details. Email [email protected] with your order number and the team will send them and see the return through.
I wish I had read the reviews before I got stuck with the exact same problem everyone else seems to be having. I never agreed to a monthly subscription to begin with, then, when I realized they keep sending me products, I tried to cancel it, but without any luck. They keep taking a monthly subscription fee blaming the previous person that worked on my account and their failure to cancel my subscription. This is so ridiculous!

Refills run on the automatic refill option from the product page, and the surest way to end them is the account page at actora.shop/account, where a cancellation takes effect at once. If you'd rather the team did it, write to [email protected] or ring +61 2 5831 2050 and they'll confirm it's closed.
This company sends products you didn't order and charges for them.

Hey Joan, I'm sorry a delivery showed up that you weren't expecting. The only repeat orders we send are automatic refills, which are offered on the product page with 25% off and listed again at checkout. They can be stopped on the account page whenever you like, or write to [email protected] and we'll stop them for you.
