worst app possible i hate you adobe

Adobe I thought was a reputable company! Can see from the terrible reviews and my own experience they are not! I signed up for a free trial. Cancelled well within the time frame because my Chrome Notebook wasn’t compatible. Received email confirmation from Adobe that the trial was indeed cancelled, yet they continued to charge my card. Rang my bank to get a refund and a block placed on my card. Then they CHANGED the company name (confirmed by my bank) and took a bigger payment in Oct 26. Rang my bank AGAIN and got another refund and further block placed now I’m going to report them to Trading Standards because this is fraud. DESERVES ZERO STARS!

It's a scam. Forget to cancell, 12month and 150€ subsciption.

Not sure what they are up to ATM but I was being over charged for items and in the end they asked me to delete my account and create a new on. Adobe acrobat reader also no longer seems to work on my mac unless you pay (its always been free). At a time when more and more graphics are being done by AI, they should be providing better service, not worse, and increasing costs. Im on the verge of moving away from PDFs completely if this isnt resolved

Tried to edit a postcard that I send out for my yearly sale. Absolute nightmare! Took 10 mins to edit 1 line. I had several pics with prices, some text boxes. Original document I transferred over had these items in seperate boxes but never had this much trouble before. Am starting over tomorrow from scratch using Canva. Adobe Acrobat made everything worse.

DON'T INSTALL THIS APP! today they have shared some personal documents with anonymous people that shouldn't have had any access to my docs AT ALL. I didn't share the link with anyone, I was working locally on my device. BE SAFE!

Ho provato la funzionalità gratuita online di conversione da file .heic a .pdf. Ottima. Ma al secondo tentativo ti chiede di registrarti e tutte le funzionalità che prima erano disponibili gratuitamente diventano magicamente a pagamento, ma senza che fosse chiaro dall'inizio. Ho eliminato l'account subito dopo.

Pire application de touts les temps pas facile à utiliser, on doit passer par multiples étapes et paiements juste pour utiliser une appli inutile qui fait bugger le pc, allez vous l'avez bien mérité votre 1 étoile
