Rob was very easy to work with and guided me through the appraisal process in working with our insurance. If you're not getting a fair offer from an insurance claim settlement, don't hesitate to reach out and he'll shoot you straight. Very glad I engaged his services!

I worked with Rob Gomez on a vehicle claim that was very difficult and he was wonderful throughout the process. From assisting me with getting an appraisal to getting a quote for the sale, he was just great. This was not an easy task due to me living in one State and my Granddaughter's car in another.

Rob was great to work. With definitely added comfort and calmness to the whole situation, very knowledgeable. And organized, I would use this company again..

Robert helped me negotiate/fight with my insurance company when I saw that my 2023 Subaru Impreza was being undervalued. Robert helped me leverage my position to the biggest extent possible and also served as a visible representative of my best interest - in the phrase "speak softly but carry a big stick", Robert was the stick. I recommend anyone dealing with a vehicular total loss scenario to reach out to ACIS and take their assessment on the situation. Robert was very clear he wasn't going to pursue a fee if he didn't see a case to be made.

AcisPro is an outstanding company! Rob was honest and fair with the potential appraisal he could get for my mom's car that was totaled and he ended up getting even more ($3400 more than insurance was offering). Can't recommend him enough!!

My husband and I were inquiring about the diminished car value report service that AcisPro provides. Rob was very kind, honest, and transparent from the very beginning. Before paying for the service, he assisted me in finding out how much money I would receive before spending the money so that it wasn’t a wasted amount. He responds very quickly, is very attentive, and will do anything he can to make this process as smooth as possible. As far as the actual service goes, we received a full report in detail to send over to the car insurance company. It was seamless and there were no issues. We wound up receiving quite a bit of money after everything was said and done. I would recommend this company to anybody who is going through this process of diminished car value

Quick, efficient work. Insurance company undercut my Total loss settlement and Kyle was able to push Them to settle for Thousands more. I Appreciate the great work!
