Thank you, David. You trusted us with your high-profile case involving your highly customized Peterbilt tractor, and we secured a major win!
Rob went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle valued where it needed to be after an insurance adjustor kept sending us a value far lower than what the truck was really worth after a hail storm + damage. He appraised the truck at $24,500 compared to the original insurance value of $15,300. Rob fought for us and helped us get the value out of our truck when insurance adjustor wouldn't. Would 100% reccomend Rob for any claim and inspections you are needing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Professionalism and Integrity I don't usually write reviews, but Robert Gomez absolutely deserves one. Watching my daughter go through the total loss process with her insurance company was frustrating. Robert stepped in and immediately demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and extensive knowledge of the appraisal process. He took the time to educate our family, explain the law, discuss our rights, and answer every question we had. What impressed me most was that Robert genuinely cared. He wasn't interested in simply completing a job—he wanted to make sure the process was handled correctly and fairly. He was thorough, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Finding someone you can trust during an insurance dispute isn't easy, but Robert earned our trust from day one. His experience and attention to detail gave us peace of mind throughout the process. If your insurance company has declared your vehicle a total loss and you believe the settlement offer is too low, I strongly recommend contacting Robert before accepting it. His expertise is well worth the investment. Our family is extremely grateful for everything Robert did. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for an independent appraiser who is honest, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping his clients.

Thank you for the trust you placed in us in a very difficult circumstance involving the insurance carrier, specifically the way the claims representative treated you. In the end, you got the win.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Robert Gomez – Outstanding Independent Appraiser! If I could give Robert Gomez more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My daughter was dealing with a total loss claim through Falcon Insurance, and from the very beginning, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive. What impressed us most was that he didn't just perform an appraisal—he took the time to educate us throughout the entire process. He explained how the appraisal process works, our rights under the insurance policy, what to expect at each step, and answered every question with patience and professionalism. He made a confusing and stressful situation much easier to understand and gave us confidence that we were making informed decisions. Robert truly goes above and beyond for his clients. His attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to fairness were evident throughout the entire process. He was always available when we needed him and genuinely cared about helping us achieve a fair outcome. If your insurance company has declared your vehicle a total loss and you believe the settlement offer does not accurately reflect the value of your vehicle, I strongly encourage you to contact Robert before accepting the offer. Hiring him was one of the best decisions we made, and he was worth every penny. I recommend Robert 1000% to anyone who needs an independent appraiser. His professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and dedication are second to none. Thank you, Robert, for standing by our family during such a difficult and stressful time. We are truly grateful for everything you did for us.

Candy, this by far had to be one of the toughest-fought cases I can remember. The "key" here was that, despite the overwhelming circumstances, your steadfast trust and patience did not waver and allowed me to do my job. Candy, you had many questions and some doubts, but you trusted the process enough to let it play itself out. The reward is that, after all this, we finally achieved a fair and reasonable settlement, made possible because you allowed it.
Give A Big Shout To Robert Gomez At ACIS PRO LLC He Is Honest Man Godly Man Trustworthy And Kind Plus He Will Get The Job Done Thanks I Really Appreciate You

James, thank you for trusting me. I truly appreciate you choosing us to help with your settlement. Please let others know what we did for you.
We had tragedy happen to our family as our vehicle along with our house was a total loss due to a house fire. You can imagine how overwhelming that process is. With that, Rob was very patient and knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the process. It was honestly low effort on my end and the process was quite simple. We were able to get nearly 6500 more than what our insurance company offered which was a huge percentage increase! Would definitely recommend his services!

Robert was GREAT, from the very beginning he was upfront with me about everything. I felt like he was honest about whether or not he thought it would be worth my time to invoke the appraisal clause. The whole process with Robert was seamless, and in the end - I was awarded 6k more than originally quoted. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBERT!!

Thank you so much, Crystal! I truly appreciate your trust in us to handle your case. If you know anyone who could use our help, please don’t hesitate to pass this along! Many people don’t realize the options available to them when settling their insurance claims, and we’d love to assist.
Rob did a great job helping me when my insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss. The insurance company offered an insultingly low amount for my car, refused to negotiate, and the adjuster was very rude. Rob took over for me, and the insurance company ended up paying quite a lot more. I would recommend Rob to anyone dealing with situations like this!
