ACEMAGICReviews of acemagic.com

Hello. My name is Eduardo and I live in Spain. I have given this 1* rating to the seller for the following reason: After ordering 2 units and testing them for a short time, I requested a refund. H1 Ryzen 7 24gig, the other Gaming Ryzen 7 24gig. The first unit arrived with the audio port apparently damaged. I sent an email with fotos directly to Acemagic Germany for advice. They replied "Contact the Seller". I returned the unit August 24. The second unit was not apt for my requirements and I returned it September 15. The units were received at Acemagic in Germany on August 31 and Sept 23. On paper Acemagic has a good return policy. But in my cases the seller was totally unresponsive, repeatedly saying that the units had never been received. I sent innumerable messages requesting a refund that was never properly addressed. My solution – file the issue with TEMU customer service. Their response was EXCELLENT - 5*s. In one week after giving them copies of the documentation they requested, my money was refunded 16 October. The PCs “magically” appeared in Germany. I am convinced that without their help I would still be waiting for a refund. My takeaway – the units are OK, but the customer support from Acemagic leaves much to be desired – if you have any kind of problem or want a refund you have been advised……

Bought a mini computer on Amazon. It died within 8 months of service, now having trouble getting them to honor the warranty. After talking with them they are out of stock with this particular mini computer I bought and will only give back 80% of my refund, this is unacceptable, plus ship the other one back which probably I will have to pay for. Don't buy their product, not to be trusted. I will make sure my friends and family not buy their products and will give a bad review on Amazon and on Better Business Bureau. All of the ACEMAGIC mentioned on this site are all the same company.

I bought an ACEMAGIC TK11 in September 2023 for 439 EUR (SN C07003A0202304040278, production date 04/2023). It comes from the batch ACEMAGIC itself publicly admitted on 21 February 2024 had shipped from the factory with malware pre-installed (a backdoor and an info-stealer that reinstall themselves even after a factory reset). I was never notified – no recall, no message from the manufacturer. I found the infection myself. On top of that, Secure Boot cannot be enabled in the BIOS. In that same statement, ACEMAGIC promised affected customers a full refund of the purchase price including return shipping. That is exactly what I requested. What happened: 24 May 2026: case opened. 8 July 2026: template reply offering a discount on a new purchase. 21 Aug 2026: after a call with the hotline, I submitted the invoice and photos of the device label, as requested. 25 Aug 2026: the word-for-word identical template reply again. Not once did anyone address the content of my emails. 26 Aug 2026: final email with a deadline of 1 September 2026 – no reply at all. The hardware itself worked. What I am rating is how this company handles a security problem it admitted to itself: affected customers were never informed, the public commitment was never honoured, and not one member of staff actually read the case. If you receive a device with factory-installed malware, you are on your own. Order number and full correspondence available. I will happily update this review once the case is resolved.

Received a laptop 8 months ago.. recently developed a problem with its SSD so contacted customer service. All good so far. Now comes the fun after multiple emails on a fix I still explain the problem reluctantly I am.given a returns address in England and told that once they receive the laptop a replacement will be sent to my original postal address used.. great i live there. Upon receipt they explain that they can't shop the replacement to my original address as they dont ship there.. seriously?? They tell me because I used amazon to buy that they can't ship. Surely they place the order back with amazon to ship a replacement.. no.. so thats fine I ask for a full refund on a faulty product within warranty.. fair request.. no . 70% refund only because I have it longer than 6.months. useless company and 2 weeks still no refund or replacement.. customer service next to impossible to get a reply from

Bought S3A to update my 12-year old computer. I do simple office work, a lot of online meetings and occasional graphics rendering, and this setup is exactly what I needed. It feels fast, can handle simple video editing, and does not throttle on 50+ people zoom call (finally!). Additionally, it's lightweight, takes less space then the full-size PC, is much more portable and overall looks better.
