Luis did an exceptional job of listening to my issues and walking me through his solutions. I have always had top notch service when contacting AccuPOS and everyone I talk to seems to have a good handle on the technical aspects of their products

Great customer service from Josh today. However, I don't understand why there are so many ongoing challenges with our Accupos Adapter.

We have had a lot of calls in to AccuPOS within the last 2 months, as we have been experiencing a lot of problems with our taxes not calculating and the pricing not populating or sub totals, as of last week, we have had over 19 calls to AccuPOS and most times we have had numerous customer service reps as they are not always the same ones. We can say for the most part that most of them were pleasant to deal with, but we have had a few of them that were not very pleasant to deal with. We would like to know why the problem is only a quick fix, as it keeps happening on a daily basis, but all they can offer us as an explanation is that they keep telling us it's either our internet or quickbooks online " that it is not a problem with AccuPOS. Also we would like for someone to contact us as we would like some training on the system. If Wendy Silliker is not available please leave a message 506-538-7336. Thank you

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and efficient!

The customers service reps aren't the greatest. A few are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. While others are rude and don't know what they are doing.

A fabulous experience so far with the training and set up. The staff is always available and ready to help.Would definitely recommend AccuPOS.
