ABPanelPC was founded in 2015 in Hudson, Massachusetts, but the seeds of our inception were sown much earlier. Our founder, a visionary with a profound passion for computer engineering and industrial automation, identified a significant gap in the market for specialized computing solutions tailored for the rigorous demands of industrial environments. This realization sparked the idea of ABPanelPC – a company dedicated to bridging this gap with innovation and expertise.

Our company needed rugged hardware for a new project, and IMD delivered perfectly. The team was very helpful, providing us with a loaner model to test before making a final decision. The equipment has been performing flawlessly in our demanding environment. IMD's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction we've had with them

IMD's service exceeded our expectations. Mao went above and beyond to ensure our specifications were met and that we received the best pricing. His communication was prompt and clear, making the entire process smooth. We appreciate Mao's dedication and professionalism and highly recommend IMD for their exceptional service.

While I find their pricing a bit on the high side, the performance and durability justify the investment.

The Product is decent, but I had higher expectations on the lead-time, was promised 4 days but it took a week to delivery.

Hey Bhavin, Jason here. Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you find our product decent, but we dropped the ball on the delivery time. That's on us, and we apologize for not meeting the promised 4-day lead time. We're always working to improve our processes to ensure timely deliveries. If there's anything else we can do to make things right, just let us know. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you better next time. Best, Jason
Solid performance and reliable products. The only downside was the longer delivery time than anticipated.
