(Wife review) I had them help me take apart the crib in my sons room because my husband wouldnt get home until late and they lost pieces that "just hold it stable but aren't important in my opinion", bent screws to the crib and argued with me on how it was supposed to be put back together. Scraped the fabric off the back corners of my couch, broke 2 legs on my couch and then just set them in place and said "well they dont screw in these 2 just sit on there so be careful moving it", scratched the original hard wood floors with my step daughters bed frame, and either stacked or flipped ALL the boxes marked FRAGILE upside down.

From the moment we called and talked to Melvin Parker requesting information and pricing we felt this was the company we should use. We did our due diligence and requested bids from a total of 3 companies, and sure enough went with "A Better Trip Moving & Storage" company. It was the best decision we made in our moving process. We opted to use the 4 man crew. When they showed up, we took Raul & his men thru our house, showing them what was to be moved and what stayed, signed the contract and the time started. Each man was ready to work, and had the supplies they needed. Within 2 hours our 4 bedroom house, refrigerator, washer & dryer was loaded and ready to go! And let me tell you my china cabinet with glass & mirrors and the dining room table with 6 chairs, which are my prize possessions, was so carefully double wrapped, even I was happy and not worried it would be damaged (and that is saying A LOT!) As for my husband, his 4 piece tv cabinet with glass doors was double wrapped just as carefully! When we arrived at our new house, everything was unwrapped and placed exactly where we wanted it! Nothing was broken or damaged in any way! And the price was exactly what was discussed. My husband and I could not have been more pleased! I have been singing their praises to anyone that will listen. I know all moves do not go like ours, but I can only tell you, we are so thankful for the job the Better Trip Moving & Storage did for us! If you read all of this review, and decide to use them, I hope you are as happy! God forbid, if we ever have to move again, we would, with out hesitation, use the company again!

Our driver & team leader worked very hard. Once the truck left Texas the driver drove straight to NC with our belongings. The packers and movers on both ends were friendly, accommodating and again, very hard workers. Our only disappointment was the fact that the staff member who organized the move did not contact us in any way to follow-up on how the packing, move or unpacking went, nor if we sustained any damage to our belongings. Without hesitation "A Better Tripp" provided the service we expected and we highly recommend this company to future movers.

They were so accommodating on multiple moves, so on time and so fast and efficient with all the materials to protect my furniture! Highly recommend this company!

This is the 4th time I have used A Better Trip and have always been completely satisfied with their work.

Terrific service all around-from the phone call for estimate and scheduling to the pickup and delivery! Highly recommend. I will use them again if needed. Took great care of my household goods, nothing broken, cooperative when carrying furniture in and out of my residence. The truck driver and his moving assistant went above and beyond for me with timely communication and a professional attitude.

Every person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Never has a move gone so smoothly. Thank you!!

Jose the driver and the supervisor is the best. Kept me informed of the move every step of the way. He cracked the whip and made sure that things didn’t get damaged. And he’s really a nice guy. I’m using A Better Tripp the next time i have to move
