Do not use! Scam company

Never expected such customer service - helpful, patient and really know the platform. I had a number of questions when placing my 1st bid and when expecting the delivery, the team definitely went through. Can mark this experience as top positive.

Beware of all of their hidden fees. Purchased a vehicle and was charged with multiple hidden fees. I was being charged $1090 to delivery vehicle 250 miles but when i asked them to deliver to a local address they were then charging $500 to move the vehicle 35 miles. You are forced to use their delivery services, they make it very difficult to be able to use an independent tow company. I DO NOT recommend using this broker, look for a better broker. Ended up paying 73% (fees) of the auctioned price. Shame on you A Better Bid

Overall very good. Not many platforms offer such a choice of RVs, here you are not limited to specific makes or models, so there's something for everyone. Pricing is good, auctions go transparently, no hidden fees. The delivery was ok.
