After my shower door was installed, I asked my contact/sales person to solve a small problem. I left a voice message. When I got no response I sent an email on 10/16. Today is 10/20 and I'm still waiting for his response.

Although I do depend on reviews before I purchase anything, I am guilty of not writing reviews frequently, but when service is this outstanding I felt compelled to write a review! ABC was professional from start to finish. I did a lot of shopping around and by far I was very pleased with this company. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate immediately and the gentleman arrived in a timely fashion. He offered suggestions and was spot on with all of them. I was furnished with an emailed quote that evening which provided me with a price, measurements, schematics and the exact materials being used. Again after shopping around for quite a bit of time I decided on ABC. I was able to give a deposit and my doors arrived within 3 weeks. Installation also a pleasure and hassle free. The gentlemen came in very professionally and covered everything very careful not to damage my newly painted walls. My doors are in and the job made our renovation complete! The quality of the doors makes our new bathroom look that much richer. Above all the compliments are endless!!

Steve at ABC Shower Doors is a prince among men. Not only did he perfectly fix the shower door as requested, but went above and beyond the call of duty to help me fix another glass door that I was having serious issues with. He was patient and upbeat and true to his word through the entire process. ABC Shower Doors has a commitment to service rarely seen in this day and age. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We found them online ( amongst a few others ) , and after talking to them on the phone , felt comfortable and knew we would choose them . Our choice has been confirmed as being a good one , as they delivered exactly what they promised , when they promised ( in fact a few days early ) and at the price quoted .
