I was not home , they were working in the master bathroom and they made my wife feel very uncomfortable because they don't want her there the installer one of them kept saying please go away please go away please go away I would never use them again I will also take it up at Home Depot my wife was very unhappy about it and it was very negative for her . The meter paranoid that they were in our house I can never leave her alone again .

I am very disappointed with this company that is a outside installer for Home Depot. They are quick with having someone come and measure for the Shower Doors but the guy was to come back with samples of Glass for the doors for me to choose from. That didn't happen. I tried again a couple of months later with this company and the same problem the gentlemen called and said he didn't have the samples on the day of appointment and he would mail them to me and I have yet to receive them. The company needs to hire more reliable employees.

Ms. Fraziet, This is Steve, I am the owner of ABC Shower Doors. I want to personally apologize for our representative not getting you the samples in a timely manner. If it would be OK with you, I would like to contact you and set up a time to come to your home. I know this may be a little late but I really want to make this right and make sure that you will see ABC Shower doors in a good light. Even if you don't use us it is more important that we don't leave a bad impression. As you can tell by all of our other reviews, we keep a high standard of getting it right. Thank you for you time a patience and please either contact me directly at the office or tell me when to contact you. Whichever is best for you. Thank you again for your time and patience.
