I love Aaptiv. I use it almost every day. The treadmill workouts have improved my running dramatically and I am more fit than ever.

I’ve been using Aaptiv for daily workouts on my lunch for about 3 months. There are so many options for workouts and I can’t recommend it enough. It really kept me motivated to not only keep going to the gym, but push myself harder. Try it — it’s so worth it!!

Alaptiv is by far my favourite workout app! So much selection from great trainers. Whatever Kind of workout I’m in the mood for, I can find it quickly and easily with the great filters. Great value and quality! Thanks Aaptiv team for keeping me motivated and interested in my workouts!

Absolutely love this app. It is so portable. Having someone in my ear really pushes me. It is easy to modify up or down if the workout doesn't exactly fit you. The workouts are never boring. I do recommend this app all the time.
