Have been a member since 2017 and use the app daily. It's been an absolute saviour during covid lockdowns n isolation when gyms have been closed. Yes, the app does renew automatically. So if you don't like it email the support to cancel. Or login to their website to cancel.

I am a runner, but I get bored when I go to the gym to cross train. Aaptiv has completely transformed my workouts. I really love the spin classes. I don't like taking spin classes at the gym because if they're boring and I try to leave, the instructor gives me the death stare. Also, I don't need to spend an hour spinning. I'd rather spin for 1/2 hour, strength train for the other 1/2 hour. Aaptiv allows me to do that. I also love its variety of treadmill and outdoor running workouts. It's like having Orange Theory at your fingertips for a fraction of the price. I do wish their strength training had videos to see the moves. Some have demo videos, others don't. Regarding someone saying it's fraudulent...I didn't sign up through iTunes. I signed up by going to the website and using a discount code. By doing it that way and then downloading the app, it's not a part of your subscriptions and won't automatically renew. This is my second year using Aaptiv.

I used to use this app over a year ago. It was great but I got too busy with work and my martial arts classes and a personal trainer, so I cancelled. I'm pretty sure they recently had a computer glitch because I was suddenly charged $99 out of the blue-- but their customer service was great and I got a refund within 24 hours. I was so pleased with the workouts and the music (and I had back surgery 4 months ago so I quit martial arts) that I decided to sign up again and now I'm going to do the "first 5k" program they offer.

The app is fantastic. I absolutely loved the free trial and will definitely be signing up for a full subscription. Go for it, you won't regret it :)

I absolutely love this app. I've used it primarily for running, but was using it for rowing before they dropped the rowing workouts. The trainer is in your ear the whole workout encouraging you and pushing you to do your best. The music is spot on as well. I was given a free trial when I purchased a rower and was skeptical but after my first workout I was hooked. I do hope they bring rowing back though.

This app has all the right ingredients to help develop new fitness habits and support movement toward goals. I'm in my fifth week and still feeling refreshed and motivated beyond the novel, honeymoon period. Trainers are encouraging and the sessions fit EVERY combination of time, frequency, level, type of exercise. I highly recommend giving it a try!!

I love Aaptiv. I am in my 40s and have never been able to run. I picked up Aaptiv's Cross Fit to 5K and absolutely grateful. It feels like the trainer (Meg in this case) is in the gym right next to me. Correcting my technique, pushing me and basically... reading my every thought. Just starting the last week of the 6-week program and freaking out about what to do next... Simple! I contacted Meg on Instagram - per her suggestion during each training, and she quickly responded with recommendations for my next training program. For running, Aaptiv is a no brainer.... you have to do it.

Aaptiv is an awesome accessible and inclusive app! Health and wellness should be something thats accessible for everyone no matter where you come from or what your situation is! I love that Aaptiv's goal is to help EVERYONE be able to achieve their own fitness and health goals instead of being targeted towards a specific demographic. The app is amazing and I love the trainers. I used the app to run my first ever half marathon this past fall and it was so helpful. For those of you who have a gym membership but arent sure what workouts to do at gyms and end up paying for boutique classes on the side (liek I did), Aaptiv will help you with learning how to work out independently at the gym and save money on classes :)
