Hello Jonathan We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. Our Food Handler training is designed to be self-paced, allowing you the flexibility to complete the modules at your convenience. If done in one sitting, the training typically takes about 1.5 hours. Your feedback is very important to us. If you don’t mind sharing, could you let us know where it was indicated that the training would take 25 minutes? That information would help us ensure accurate expectations moving forward. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We’re here to help and committed to improving. Best regards, AAA Food Handler
