It helped me get a general view of restaurant standards to prevent the contamination of food and a positive work environment.

It was very educational and made the concepts easy to understand, especially with the visual aspect of this course like drawings and pictures. The only thing that brought me issues was not being able to go backwards into the videos if I missed a portion. Other than that, great experience!
