Thank you for your feedback, Raymond. We truly value your business. Like most storage companies, we move in customers at extremely discounted rates. We review those rates and sometimes make adjustments accordingly, in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility.

We're sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied, Antonio. We work hard to provide the best value to our customers through competitive pricing and by maintaining clean, safe, and secure facilities. Your original monthly rate is not guaranteed for the life of your rental with A-1. From time to time, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility. Thank you for being a loyal customer and we hope that you decide to stay with us.
