Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you found a great price on the Trina 415W bifacial panels and that your local pickup experience was quick and hassle-free. It’s great to know all 22 panels arrived in perfect condition and are performing as expected in your DIY project. We hope you enjoy your new solar setup. If you have a chance, we'd love to feature your installation to inspire others who are thinking about building their own solar system. If you're willing, could you reply with a few pictures and/or a short video of your completed setup? We'd be honored to showcase your project. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping you again when you’re ready to expand your system!

Nick. We're genuinely disappointed to read this review, especially because it was posted while your case is still actively being investigated and before we were given the opportunity to reach a final resolution. From the moment your initial report was received, our team reached out to you and has remained in communication via both email and phone calls. We certainly understand your frustration regarding the condition of the shipment and the concerns about the panel models received, but we feel it is unfair to suggest that we have ignored the issue when we have been actively working on it since day one. At this very moment, our team is reviewing the photos and documentation you provided regarding the alleged mismatched panels. This process requires coordination between the warehouse and the manufacturer to verify exactly what was shipped and determine the appropriate resolution. We are working to complete this review as quickly as possible. We remain committed to resolving this matter and will continue communicating with you directly as we finalize our findings. Our goal is to provide an accurate and fair resolution based on the evidence currently under review.

We are sorry to hear about your frustration, Arthur. Our records indicate that the $1,000 Zelle payment was successfully received and that multiple email and SMS communications were sent regarding the remaining balance due on the order. We were also unable to locate any missed calls from the phone number associated with the order. When we spoke by phone, our team attempted to review the status of the payment and order with you and provide assistance. Given your dissatisfaction with the overall experience, we agreed that the best course of action would be to cancel the order and issue a full refund of the $1,000 payment via Zelle. We take customer concerns seriously and strive to maintain professional and respectful communication with every customer. We wish you the best with your project and have processed the cancellation in accordance with your request.
