Randall, thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion during your pickup. We had communicated your special pickup requirements to the fulfillment center in advance, including the concern that your vehicle might not accommodate all three panels at once. Unfortunately, it appears there was a miscommunication on their end. We’re glad everything ultimately worked out and that you were able to safely transport all three panels in your EV9. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll work to improve communication with our fulfillment centers to help prevent situations like this in the future.
