Jamie United States 2013-11-21 I cannot tell you how much I am impressed with this company. I was making an order, I was late with the order from the client. I ordered it on a Thursday, I asked if they could send it by the following Tuesday, which is when the client needed it. They said they would fill it that day. They did because it shipped on Saturday, I GOT IT ON MONDAY, the day before I asked. AMAZING. The client is happy, I'm happy, everyone is happy. They took a little extra effort, and made this work for me. I am loving this company!

8seasons are amazing! Their products are fantastic quality, delivered promptly, brilliantly priced and I have always had detailed and prompt answers provided to any email queries I have sent. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are so friendly and helpful. I wish every company was like them.

I have a small business in USA and really require a lot of charms for my little products to look extra polished. I had never ordered from China and was a little worried. The contacted me every step of the way and answered all my questions. The most exciting part is that the order was here in less than 5 days. Really amazing! I will be back for more from 8seasons. I, like many I am sure, was very concerned about purchasing from 8seasons, a company I had never heard about in China, with prices that seem to good to be true. Even after brilliant customer service when placing my order i have held off on writing my review "just in case" but please be assured that they are a 100% trustworthy company!! I received my first order today. The product is exceptional, the postage was speedy and the customer service provided to me by Laura was OUTSTANDING. I was made to feel like a valued client and Laura was so polite. I will definitely be dealing with 8seasons in the future and I will be recommending 8seasons to everyone.
