8SeasonsReviews of 8seasons.com

I am a fairly new customer who usually uses Pandahall. 8Seasons is more than I expected. The items I have purchased are of very high quality and the shipping is SUPER FAST! Customer service is amazing too! I will continue to shop with 8seasons as they have exceeded my expectations and beyond. Thank you and keep up the EXCELLENT work!

I rarely write reviews, but I have been so pleased with the service of this company that I just had to let someone know. 8seasons has some of the best customer service representatives that you could ask for. They will help fix any crisis you have. They respond very quickly and assure you that the issue will be handled. They constantly add new products to the website and the service and shipping is always fast! Also their products always seem to amaze me because when I receive them they are better than I expected! Keep up the great work 8seasons, you have a customer for life!!! : )

As a designer, I'm always looking for unique and quirky elements to add to my creations--and 8Seasons has supplied me with that and so much more over the past few years! They're my go-to company for more than 50% of my creative needs and each time I shop with them I'm continually impressed and delighted! And one of the things I love most of all is that they are continually improving and evolving; I've watched the site and service grow, expand, and improve 100-fold since my first purchase in 2011. I feel safe ordering with 8Seasons and I recommend them to everyone I meet. Give them a try--you won't regret it! :)

I rarely speak except for the exceptional... and because... in congruence with my Purpose on earth (to help make this world a better place, with every breath take, every thought...every action... with Trust and Hope and Love beyond measure) So I share that I am impressed beyond measure.... beyond any other shopping experience by all the processes, products, and true sensitivity and kindness of this organizations ambassadors (I usually speak with Ivy and Orchy.. you make me smile just thinking of you ladies!!). Words so feebly articulate that which is beyond the norm... quality products, speedy delivery of carefully packed purchases, and check in with me regarding every step of the process, immediate (within hours) responses to questions etc and always with warmth, smiles and joy! I humbly and profoundly recommend 8Seasons for your creation needs. Their truly competitive (and much better) pricing allows me to use what ever limited funds I have to donate to those who could never afford stunning quality gemstone and crystal jewellery pieces. I am not rich, but there are so many others who have far little, don't feel loved, or beautiful or deserving... I try to let them know they are loved and beautiful... by anonymously giving what I have lovingly created... out of 8seasons products... Our One Heart

Strong, strong recommend! I reached out to 8seasons with a very short lead time for an event I was having. Not only did they get the product to me on time and in great condition, but 3 days earlier than expected. They really went above and beyond to help me. Plus, the product was great -- exactly what I was looking for. I will certainly be a return customer! :)

I needed some beads and findings quickly. I searched the web and found 8seasons. They had exactly what I needed in the quantities and at a price I could afford. I placed my order on the 12th December and received my order in the UK on the 17th December 2013. They dispatched quicker than any other company I have ever ordered from and have tracking on the parcel so you can keep an eye on where it is. They even tell you what time it will be delivered in a one hour slot so you can get on with other things in the mean time. I cannot recommend this company enough and will certainly be ordering again in future. The items are clean, good quality and customer service is excellent. Thank you 8seasons for a 100% perfect experience of what your company has to offer.

I order my jewelry-making supplies once a year, and 8 Seasons is my favorite place to shop for them. I have shopped here for several years now, and will keep returning again and again. Even though they are working in a second or third (or more) language, everyone is unfailingly polite and courteous. It's such a treat to deal with such people. The prices are absolutely excellent. I buy the quartz crystal faceted beads, for example. Those beads sparkle like nothing else, even making tiny rainbows on the wall when the sun is out. They're definitely real crystal. Even with shipping charges figured in, I pay for these lovely beads less than half of what I would pay for plain old glass beads at my local crafts supplies or beads stores. Other things come at similarly excellent prices. For those who knit, bamboo knitting needles are a luxury expense many of us just can't justify. Not true here! Bamboo knitting needles and crochet hooks are offered for a fraction of the price of plain old aluminum ones here. It's like getting a BMW for the price of a regular Toyota. I ordered from three different sites around the same time this year. My 8 Seasons order arrived first, even though the other sites were for companies in my own country. I highly recommend this site to anyone who needs to buy anything this place sells!

I handcraft jewelry and 8Seasons low prices on quality parts helps me keep my costs low so I can keep prices low for my clients. I originally found them on eBay and was happy with their service there, but have been even more pleased since coming directly to their site. I highly recommend them and hope to be a loyal customer for a long time!
