excellent service, very good updates along the way, and order follow up. Erick put the couch together, was on time, did a great job and made a few adjustments I requested.

DO NOT BUYYYY I had very high expectations for 7th Avenue, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Immediately after purchasing the sofa, I contacted customer service because I was concerned about the comfort. At first, I thought maybe I had installed or assembled it incorrectly, so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Customer service sent three different people to look at the sofa, but unfortunately, none of them could resolve the issue. The sofas simply are not comfortable. They look saggy, the sections don't align the way I would expect a normal sofa to align, and the overall appearance and feel do not match what was advertised. For what I paid—close to $7,000—I expected a premium, comfortable, well-designed sofa. Instead, I feel that the product is overpriced and heavily over-advertised compared with what you actually receive. The biggest disappointment is that I ultimately ended up putting the sofa in my garage because I don't want to use it. Spending nearly $7K on a sofa only to have it sitting in the garage is incredibly frustrating. I regret spending this much money on 7th Avenue and would not make the same purchase again. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research and trying the sofa in person before spending this kind of money. Ray

Ray, we’re truly sorry that your experience has reached this point, especially after multiple visits from our team and continued efforts to address your concerns. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it is to make a significant investment in your home and still feel that the comfort, appearance, and overall experience have fallen short of expectations. We want to take another look into your sofa and the work that has already been completed so we can determine what additional steps may be available. Our team will be reaching out directly to continue working with you toward a resolution. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this further.
Griff, Operations Specialist for SoCal, and his delivery crew, Giovanni and Chris, are top tier! Seriously I have never had a better and more thorough and considerate delivery experience. From Dan Kravets in the showroom to sitting on my sofa now, it was all fantastic!

Erick was extremely helpful and took time and great care to assemble our new couches from 7th Avenue. We asked him a few times to make some changes to the configuration which he always jumped on immediately. He had a great attitude and was friendly the entire time. Thanks so much for all your help!

Excellent quality and customer service! Unfortunately the 47” deep sectional did not work out but the team went above and beyond to find a solution. Delivery and set-up by Demitri was impeccable.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! While the 47” Extra-Deep sectional ultimately wasn’t the right fit, we’re so glad our team was able to work with you to find the right solution. We’re also thrilled to hear Demitri provided an impeccable setup experience. Thank you for choosing 7th Avenue
I ordered their 3 seat sofa. It shows up in boxes. It's completely modular and the seating is made up of three boxes that the cushions rest on, so it doesn't have the extra padding/cushioning of a sofa with an actual frame. You also need to partially disassemble it to move it. Yes, that's correct. Overall, it felt very cheap. It's a fraction as comfortable as a comparable sofa like the Maxwell from Restoration Hardware but similar in cost. Their customer service was good in returning, but I have to pay the shipping fee and assembly fee to return which is a couple hundred dollars.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our modular design wasn't the right fit for your expectations. Our sofas are intentionally engineered with a modular construction, allowing customers to easily expand, reconfigure, or replace individual components over time. While this design offers long-term flexibility, we understand it may feel different from a traditional, fixed-frame sofa. We're glad to hear our customer service team was able to assist with your return. As outlined in our Return Policy, original shipping and assembly fees are nonrefundable, as these services have already been completed. We appreciate you giving 7th Avenue a try and thank you again for your honest feedback.
Aquarius assembled my couch and I couldn’t haven’t asked for anyone kinder, friendly, and experienced. He knew exactly what to do and had so many helpful tips! I would highly recommend!
