I have seen some good products at the online store and first I ordered an item on march this year the delivery estimate is up to 4 week to Australia , however the covid 19 affected a lot of deliveries which is understandable but after almost 12 weeks Iam still yet to get a confirmation the items is at least in Australia, you can not use the covid19 as excuse as I have ordered items from china on early april and I have already got then within 18 days and the team responding to complain are beautiful and respond quickly but that did not help yet getting my items Hekmat Spindary Sydney /Australia

I bought the veneer for top and bottom teeth and it is absolutely horrible. It's no way close to as advertised. Its bulky that you cant even talk. It will fall out and doesnt fit. I tried returning it and the shipping is as much as the product. Absolute scam. Do not buy it.

Update: 7SecondsSmiles won’t respond to any email. I reported this company and transaction to the Department of Justice for fraud. Hopefully, 7SecondsSmile won’t report my review as they have with every negative review here. If they falsely report my review I will update my review to show that they did. I placed my order on February 16 from an ad I saw on Instagram. ORDER #330799. I have never received it and two different customer service agents refused to refund my order, repeatedly. It’s been 2 months! I disputed the charge with my credit card company. 7SecondsSmile fought the refund again. Originally, I received a shipping confirmation email that gave a tracking number. I made plans to use the new device using the delivery date. I checked again and realized that tracking information was for a different customer’s order. My order had not shipped yet after 11 days and the customer service agent gave me an excuse that didn’t make sense. I asked to cancel the order if it wasn’t shipped that week. I received a new tracking number, no delivery estimate. Then, no activity since March 1st. Apparently, my order shipped but I don’t know if I received the right tracking information. I’ve repeatedly asked for help and a refund and was repeatedly denied. Now this company, if it’s a real company, is fighting to keep my money.

The tactical jacket I received is a little small. Asked what the procedure was to exchange for one jacket size larger and it’s NO CAN DO. There is a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee but no exchanges because the International Shipping back to CHINA is too much of a hassle I guess? Giving three stars till this gets resolved.

I made two ordres March 4 and the only info I've gotten since then is the ordre have left the contry. That's a more than two weeks ago very slow delivery. Not buying there any more

I absolutely hate wearing steel toe shoes! I started a new job and wore a pair of steel toes I purchased from Kmart. My feet were so sore everyday after taking them off. My back was killing me. It wasn’t until I asked a co worker about their steel toes that I found out about these. My co worker just seemed to walk around with ease. So I came on their website and ordered a pair. When I held the shoes in my hand I was disappointed because they felt very heavy. But once I put them on they didn’t feel as heavy as they did in my hands. I’m so satisfied with this purchase. I wore them too work and I have no complaints. I feel like I’m wearing extra cushioned sneakers. I’ve never had steel toes that where this comfortable. Another plus is the look. They actually look cute with my jeans a pose to those bulky boots I was wearing. They fit as expected. I’d get a size bigger than my shoe size but that’s just me plus I have wide feet. But they definitely are true to size.
