Hello 7SecondsSmile, I ordered 'Pure Hair Growth serum and serum offer ' in August 19, 2020 and I never received my order. I have tried many times to contact the company, and everytime I check the shipping status, it always reads 'order can't be found' I would like a refund. Thanks

I recently got the “CleanOral” tooth cleaner. What an absolute joke of a thing. It says it removes stains and videos they used show it as a water flosser...it’s a piece of rubbish metal on a stick! I want my money back but they are making me pay returns fees and sure that’s a third of the price! ***Edit...they wrote this reply but their customer service team already just stopped emailing me when I told them I want my money back and I don’t want to pay shipping fees to send this rubbish back. The item literally wasn’t even what they advertised on the site. Total scam!

I ordered an item on 19th March 21 and it’s not with 14th April and no delivery. When I contacted the company for help they told me my item was delivered and that they couldn’t help me I had to chase the courier. Do not waste your money this is not a reputable company with policies like that.
