I placed my order with 4 wheel online around 9:30 am on Martin Luther King Day and had my order at my doorstep almost 48 hrs. later. You cannot beat their super quick processing and shipping The other awesome thing was the pricing. I ordered a set of four Rancho 9000XL series shocks for my 2002 Z71 and they smoked all the other competitors on price by way over $100 dollars. I am very pleased and will definatley be giving them more of my business. I almost forgot to mention no sales tax and free shipping, so if your shopping elsewhere your crazy. I have read a few negative comments about this place but I had a very good experience. I ordered a set of wheels right before new years eve and expected it would be several weeks after the holidays before I got them. In addition, the wheels I ordered were discontinued ( yes, i know they shouldn't be listed on the web-site if thats the case but you cant expect they can keep up with every manufacturers inventory changes instantly). I received a phone call the very next day however, to inform me of the problem and if I wanted a refund or change my order. They didn't pressure me to buy another set. I decided to change my order to a different brand and they took care of it and I received them with-in 5 days. ( I am in Ca. they are in Fl. ,, thats pretty good). Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. They have good pricing ( very good in my opinion) and they were good at handling my problem. From the other reviews I read,, the main compliant seems to be customer service. If thats the case,, be patient and work with them, not against them. I think it will be worth your time if you have an issue but, I didn't.
