About 4Patriots

4Patriots, LLC is an old-fashioned American success story. The company came to life at our kitchen table in Nashville, Tennessee with a notepad and pen. We had decided the soulless life of corporate America wasn’t for us, and that we wanted something more. We wanted to build something real; something that could really help people and provide real solutions to the problems that we, our families and our friends, encountered every day.Living on a shoestring budget, we used our savings to get started with our very first product, one that we knew could impact many people’s lives and get them on the road to greater self-reliance. We invested any profits we made right back into the company so we could continue to grow our business without borrowing a dime, and that’s how we continue to do business today. It might have taken us a little longer this way, but at the end of the day we’ve been able to build a thriving company that treats our customers and employees right.Today, not only do we offer a wide variety of great products that help our customers be more self-reliant and independent, but we’ve also been able to provide full-time jobs for over 200 people (and we’re still growing!). We feel blessed every day to work with such a dedicated team and to be able to impact the lives of so many people. At 4Patriots, we champion freedom and self-reliance. This is our core purpose and our mission. So how do we do it?We offer high-quality products that help our customers become more self-reliant and prepared. We follow the Golden Rule. Put simply, we treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. We strive to be a great place for great people to work.

I ordered a 1 year supply of food last…

I ordered a 1 year supply of food last Friday. Prior I was given a military discount code for 10% discount (roughly $278.80). There was nowhere to apply the code in checkout & I accidentally processed the order minus the discount. Immediately I tried getting there customer service (tried phone, email & chat), but 4 days later I haven’t been able to talk to a human about applying the discount! I even opted to “keep my place in line” as offered in there recording, but nobody called me (tried this 5 times). This is UNSAT customer service and a terrible way to treat Military Veterans. “MyPatriot.com” answers inquiries within minutes. You guys need to fix my issue as well as your customer service process or you WILL lose customers, to include me…. OK…took a week, but finally resolved by a customer service rep who was very nice/ helpful. Gave me a 5% discount & a VIP customer service # to call for future needs. That kind of response is what I wanted all along. Product showed up as ordered and is well packed. All considered, I’ll change my rating, just keep working on your customer service process….
