Hello Mr/Ms Jeff and thank you for this detailed review. By your review, we have seen your order number and your problem. I'm Louise from 3MKSTORE customer support. At 3MKSTORE, we pay attention to our customers' reviews to ensure the best service. When reading your review, I notice that you say that you have not received your product and paid for your order for months. Which is completely FALSE, We checked and noticed that you instead recharged your 3MKSTORE account balance by $12.99 and not made an iTunes card purchase. To buy a product you must go to the product page and click on the “Buy Now” button and not top up your 3MKSTORE account and wait for the product to come to you by miracle. In the future, please contact customer service first and report your problem in detail and we will do our best to resolve it. In addition, show good faith and publish REAL reviews. Because giving a bad rating with insulting remarks also harms the company and makes us lose credibility, which is very bad for the evolution and proper functioning of 3MKSTORE. We hope you find these tips helpful, and we look forward to seeing you again at 3mkstore.com ;)
