I absolutely love our new couch. The item was out of stock when purchased but it didn’t take long for it to become available. shipping and delivery was also seamless. I have young children and a dog son so this purchase was perfect for us. It has been very easy to clean and it’s super stylish. Thank you so much 25Home!

I love the sandwich couch, it’s amazingly comfortable, and easy to assemble. The couch itself is a 5 star. I was a little confused by this: if you’re getting a sectional, you can choose “right facing” or “left facing”This is from the perspective of you standing in front of the sectional, looking at it, not from a seated position. I wanted the lounge part of the sectional to be on the left when seated, so I ordered “right facing.” I was a little hesitant to buy because of this confusion, but I just trusted the product images and it worked out. Delivery was without any issues, though I felt like I had to be more proactive in the process than I have been for other large delivers. I have to re-confirm my address and phone number through email, and email again to confirm that I was ready to schedule a delivery, got an email for shipping and arrival at local distributor, the I had to call to schedule delivery… it was a smooth process, but I feel like in other experiences I just get a call from the company to schedule the delivery and that’s the extent of it.

From start to finish excellent customer service. I wanted a combination for the All-leather furniture that was not pre-bundled on the website, so I did the chat explaining what I wanted. The Rep was able to work up what I wanted, emailed me the invoice to pay & place the order. The expectation at the time of my order stated 4-6 weeks delivery. I received my full order exactly 4 weeks from the order date. The delivery company brought the boxes to the inside of my front door. I was able to unbox them all by myself. The quality of the leather is very good, exceeding my expectations & the cushions very comfortable. Every email I sent was replied to immediately; overall a good buying experience.

Wow! I absolutely am in love with my couch from 25home. I have four cats and a GSD, this couch is really great with them. I bought the airleather couch. The only negative thing I will mention is that it was not delivered within the timeframe promised. It was late. However, their team is very communicative and easy to work with. I don't regret my purchase at all. Thanks for making a leather couch that is furbaby friendly! <3

Love our couch!! The only thing I wish is that you could purchase specific pieces of it. We would have liked to be able to purchase and end piece to replace the chaise end on one side to give us more room for a coffee table. Very comfortable and holds up nicely.
