Justin is wonderful! I had a weird and unusual issue, but he was patient and kind and lead me through the process and is still working on it now!

Justin at WP Support is a godsend. I had no prior knowledge of how to set up my website properly and he helped me to connect my Go Daddy Domain to my WordPress website.

After paying to have my site unlocked before I even started using it, I had to reach out again because the information they emailed me did not work on the Wordpress log in page. They said they would fix it but next time I would have to sign up for support service. Since I had just paid for a service which didn't work based on the info provided from them, I just wanted clarification and find out where the error was. Most businesses offer some kind of guarantee for the work paid for. More focus on customer satisfaction rather than wanting more money would go a lot further to convince me that I should sign up for support service.
