The issue was resolved.

I needed help right away with aligning an embedded javascript form on WP. They did the updates while I was on line with them and answered all my questions. When I found them on Google, I didn't know if they were legitimate. I took a chance and it paid off. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they ask for all the contact details at the point of entry and without the customer understanding the legitimacy of their business.

Ramon was a tremendous help, got the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. The reason I am only giving four stars is because it took over an hour to be connected with Ramon. Chats, ticket creations, etc. took a very long time

But once your time is up he didn't answer my last question. I guess its just business as usual. Nothing more you ll get but for 50$ USD for 30mins of their time id expect more willing help

We worked with WordPress support to recover a website. They got it done for us and put backups in place. The process was a bit more elongated that I wish but at least it is mostly functioning now. Thank you for your positive and cooperative attitude!
