This business got off to a very bad start because of Paypal, however, once that was out of the way and the retrieval of my website got underway, everything went well and I had my site back much faster that I was told and expected. I had a lot of problems understanding things, but Albert was very patient and walked me through it slowly and I am happy with the result, now I have to find my way around the site and learn how to use the new format.
