Kevin is awesome and very helpful. He fixes and addresses all of my questions and concerns I am trying to convince friends to also hire him.

The first rep (Kevin Mock), answered the phone with "Hello", no introduction to the company. This rep def needs some soft skills training. He also wanted my AWS username and password, I explained to him that this doesn't sound right and the call was disconnected. I called back the second time and rep (Roy) answered the call, during this call it was disconnected and I had to call back in. The rep stated that there would be a fee. I was not comfortable and felt like it was a scam.

My help was prompt, efficient and gave my organization just what was needed. Not a web designer but was able to fix it quickly. Sara was great and helped me believe in web support at a new level. Thx, Karen
