Had email configuration problem with wordpress website, Very helpful they helped through every step, though a little expensive it was a much easier time then just researching it and saved many hours

The technical support I received was efficient and extremely professional. Not only do they work with your budget but they get the job done quickly! My WP issue was fixed within the hour. I will certainly be using their services in the future if needed.

The issue was resolved but I do not understand why I have to pay for support to Wordpress for my website. It makes no sense.
