Excellent fast shipping

Originally sent the toilet bowl only and the plumber had to leave without installing it as the tank was not sent. Customer Service was very nice about taking responsibility for the missing tank and sent one out immediately. Toilet finally installed today. 4 stars only because of owning the error and making good on it even though our cost for a plumber was greater than expected duu to the false start.

Received booster pump w/missing flex hoses, when I emailed my complaint, I never got a response. Makes me feel as if I were to have an issue with a product, 24hr Supply doesn’t stand behind the items they sell.
