Ordering was good, the package was not packed well, the box fell apart, and everything inside was loose. I have not checked the content to see if anything was missing yet.

Product was OK, but the hardware to secure the ring to the tank was not supplied. No installation instructions either.

The item was delivered and I was told by you that I have to inspect it before I sign for it. The delivery came (it was raining) and I asked to remove the box so I can inspect it, he told me NO, and that I can inspect it from looking into the box. He was nasty. As it turns out, the tank is dented in the middle and I was unable to see that just by peering into the box from the top.

Arrived sooner than expected. Perfect product. Their plumbing tech support needs to improve. They couldn't answer a basic question about the product I ordered. They referred me to a professional plumber for an answer they should have known.

there were no fasteners/hardware included with the pieces

Ordered a pump 3 weeks ago but didn't need it. I have been waiting for my refund ever since. Take your chances!!
