Faulty safety seal, cheap packaging, and terrible customer support I ordered a bottle of 1906 Boost drops, and the safety seal under the cap was completely detached and stuck inside the lid when I opened it, leaving a sticky, gummy residue around the rim. While there was outer plastic wrap, the inner seal had completely failed in transit. For an ingestible THC product, receiving compromised, unsealed packaging is unacceptable and a serious safety concern. The tin/metal bottle design clearly needs improvement if a basic adhesive seal cannot stay intact. The customer service experience that followed made things much worse. I contacted 1906 the day I received the package. While they initially acknowledged my email saying they were working on it, they ghosted me for days. I had to follow up myself just to get an update, only to be passed off to a third-party package protection company to file a separate claim. Now I am being told to wait several more days just for that claim to be reviewed. When a company sells ingestible, mind-altering substances, product integrity and customer safety should be top priorities. Customers shouldn't have to chase down support across multiple companies just to resolve damaged, unsafe items. I requested a full refund and will not be ordering from 1906 again.

I ordered a bottle of 1906 spirits on Thursday Saturday 5 sept, it said it would be delivered on sept 24th, I received an email on Tuesday sept 8 th saying it was delayed, I replied in 9 sept, and told the to cancel the order, they said it already shipped, I emailed the on the 10th asking for a tracking number and they said the 14th but would update that once it shipped. The company lies to you about shipment dates and avoids you when you email them back asking why they said it was shipped when it was not

Ordered 2 tins on 7/10/26 with no response or order number to confirm. Certainly took my money on credit card though. No response to emails asking status. Do not order! very unreliable. My credit card company has reimbursed just want to warn others.

I purchased the BLISS pills. Regretfully, I did not experience anything even after taking a double dose. I will not purchase any of their products.

I had a subscription for 1 can of genius each month, and they were coming along fine. This month instead of 1 can of Genius I got a bottle of their spirits, 1 can of genius and 1 can boost. The invoice was dated 9/19/25, received 11/11/25. On 11/12 I received an exact same shipment with same invoice number and the invoice was dated 11/4/25. It was more than $250 charged. I have been trying to get an RMA and they have ghosted me. 2 expensive shipments and I cannot get a refund.

Waste of money. I've never used any sort of weed products, smoked or other forms, this was my first experience and I felt NOTHING !!! By comparison Red Bull makes me shaky and gives me insomnia. I purchased the bundle with 6 different formulas (the Boost, Genius, Bliss, Love, Chill, Go, Sleep) and they did absolutely nothing for me. Since they are "stackable" I went from one at the time to two, to three and four but absolutely nothing happen. Coffee, Green Tea and Nicotine would do way more than any of this pills at a fraction of the price !!!
