The products are good, but the service of the workers sucks. I had one good experience, but the others were judging, discrimination, and acting like I was coming to steal rather than buy. I mean who actually goes to a Cape shop to steal, do I go to the Chinese at Pacific mall now. They welcome me and let me sample and buy with smile and customer service that's cool and comforting

I bought a vaporesso swag kit from your Danforth location and been having some problems with it and I brought to your liberty village location and the clerks there said they can't swap it or help me out cause it wasn't purchased at their store and the liberty location is corporate store and Danforth is a franchise store and because of that they couldn't help me. That's some serious nonsense especially cause I just bought this item 35 days ago. Now I am only left with the manufacture warranty. Not impressed by 180 Smoke at all! They are lucky I was nice enough to give them more than 1 star. I think I might just keep using my neighborhood Vape shop cause things like this doesn't happen there.
