Trouble dont trust this company they will double dip your credit card sell you a dead battery just to get more money out of you and make it your fault. Dont believe the 5 stars the are AI BOTS this is a real review

The technician, Kristopher, was amazing! The only reason why I don’t want to give 5 stars is because I called customer service for some more detailed info and after a few times trying I finally got someone on the phone. I also tried the texting option and no one ever answered. When Kristopher was on his way the online GPS location was wrong even thought the address was correct, but Kristopher was understanding and rerouted immediately. Technician really made the experience amazing.

Fast fair and friendly

I had a dead battery. My son tried to give me a jump but it wouldn't start. I went online to find a cheap battery and found 1-800-battery. I gave them my information and payment and Eric Smith came out the next morning and replaced my dead battery very quickly. He was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend 1-800 battery. It was really easy and quick!

I placed my order yesterday evening. I was given a 4 hour installation window. The installation time came and went. By that time, their customer service center was closed. Mind you, nothing in the ordering process said anything about "subject to availability" or otherwise suggested that the order might not be fulfilled as promised. When I contacted them this morning, they told me that they were still looking for a technician. I finally got an email at about four this afternoon saying that a tech had been assigned. I texted their text service to inquire about an estimated time of arrival. Fifteen minutes after they said they were reaching out to find out, So far it is just short of a day since I placed the order which was promised in four hours and I have heard nothing substantive. Someone needs to tell these folks that they shouldn't offer time windows if they don't have the manpower to fulfill their promises. These folks are very unprofessional. Very happy to take your money - not much urgency about fulfilling your order. I'll update this review if things improve, but I wouldn't expect much and you shouldn't either.

It was easy to schedule! Same day service within couple of hours and so convenient! They came to my home and did a great job replacing my new battery with a reasonable price!
