Prompt courteous service.

The battery was installed at my house. Thank God I had it installed. The installer was knowledgeable about every vehicle brand. My Infiniti required the key to be held by the ignition start button and hold the unlock button to recognize the new battery. I would have never figured that out. Thank you Jack for doing an excellent job. 100% recommend.

Purchased battery and install online at 3pm. Purchase went through saying install ETA in 6 hours. An hour into waiting got a call from dispatch saying no tech had the battery on their truck so they couldn’t come out until the next day and the earliest would be 9am but that would be unlikely because they were so busy. Instead he offered 8pm the next night. Over 17 hours after my initial purchase. Order cancelled. Really disappointed. Went to AutoZone at 6pm and they installed it for me free with a purchase price 25% cheaper in the same battery

I was out of town and my child had never had a car issue before. It was nice to be able to handle this whole experience being away. The whole process was easy and taken care of quickly. My only suggestion would be to provide updates as they happen via text instead of emails.

I appreciate them calling me ahead of time to insure i ordered the correct battery (which i didnt) so I appreciate them double checking . I will be using them again in the future unfortunately lol I have two batteries and the other one needs to be replaced as well and it's much cheaper using this service vs the dealership

Ordered yesterday. They called and said it would be 9am today. No show. Then it was going to be 40mins. No show. Then they called going to be 90mins. Still no show. Looks like I'm going to have to find someone else. Not good way to get customers

At first I was a bit skeptical thinking once the tech arrives, there will be all sorts of sales gimmick and added expenses. None of that happened. It was quick, efficient, and above all it worked. Win win. I loved the experience and it was a really helpful situation. I sat home, they came, and left. Awesome job.
