I bought a battery on Saturday and 3 days later my truck cut off in the middle of the road just died. I had to have it towed for $240 to my mechanic who told me my the battery was bad. The battery you sold me and then you wouldn't honor the warranty when he contacted you. Unless I paid more money and waited for your people to come and test it. I need my truck. I can't wait! You should have honored the warranty you ripped me off for approximately $600 between the tow truck and the battery I bought from you which was supposed to be on the warranty which was supposed to be brand new

The gentleman that came was very nice and knowledgeable got the job done in literally ten min took overall about 4 hours until install from when I placed the order.

Gregory was our technician, and he was great! He tested our old battery to determine if we needed the new battery. He replaced the new battery in no time, and gave us some useful information on tools that we could use in the future. Great experience.

St Louis Area, service never came and I finally reached out when they were over 2 hours late. Took them over an hour to get back to me to tell me the persons car was broken down. So at this time I was finally able to get to the autoparts store and I had the new battery in my car in an hour. I would not recommend for battery service.
