I ordered the Mexican chocolate akulls. Not good. I've tasted Mexican chocolate before. The flavor was rich. I felt the skulls lacked in flavor. Maybe I was supposed to put 2 skulls in the cup of milk. IDK. Not worth the money.

Ordered a knife. Came quickly. Quality item performed well.

Quality products and innovated technology.

The quality of the products has always been very high. So have the prices. If the item is not unique to Milk Street, I can usually find it cheaper elsewhere. However, you do carry many items that are unique and delicious. I do enjoy splurging.! My pantry could be a Milk Street advertisement!

I have two cookbooks autographed by Christopher Kimball and I’m certain he doesn’t remember signing them. Milk Street, show, store, website, recipes-reflect his vision for cooking, baking and even if you burn something, it’s about the process. Learn. Try. Eat well.

I would love to review the knife (ordered and paid for in July) but have never received it. I have contacted them several times via email and the shipping info keeps getting pushed back… I hope I haven’t been duped. I’d love to order the kitchen shears, but I’m afraid too. Buyer beware!!!!!

It’s everything I wanted

I bought the small (10.5") carbon steel wok. I was so delighted to find a decent small wok appropriate for cooking for one or two. The quality of this wok is phenomenal - solid, balanced, good lid. Instructions for finishing were excellent, and it has taken on a beautiful finish. (I used grapeseed oil.) The only downside is that it took much longer for delivery than originally promised. Also, based on the website recommendation, I bought the stainless steel wok tools (spatula and skimmer). They too are great quality but far too large to be useful in the small wok.
