I was excited to recive my Nakiri knife but it is so dull, I had a really hard time chopping celery. What can I do to resolve this?

Milk Street gives a full description of any item you are looking at. It's like having a conversation with a specialist about whatever item your looking at. They show the product in action. The two knives I've ordered are wonderful quality, good feel in hand and super sharp. My husband has added these to his knife drawer already. I'll just borrow when I need them. Next, the carbon skillet...if I can wait till January...

These were purchased for gifts so this review is based on my previous purchase. Truly amazing all around baking pan. Cooks everything and cleans up in a flash. Only question -- can it be set on a gas burner
