I've been shopping with them quite a while. More so now due to stitching more. And not a lot to offer in Greensboro, NC. They have a tremendous amount of products. They are very fair priced. No problems with exchange I did a couple of weeks ago.

They feel they are superior in what they do, dont forget to ask any questions from A to Z ABOUT THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE BUYING BECAUSE THEY WONT VOLUNTEER THIS INFORMATION, Or 2 months of work will be ruined, and they will only replace the fabric. Bunch of hornets their.

I have to say they are the best place to buy cross stitch supplies. I can order and have it within three days. Excellent company to deal with. They have a wonderful inventory to choose from. Thank you!
