Been buying several times now. Works good, much cheaper than OEM.

Prompt response and satisfactory fix to problem.
In the order process, somehow all the quantities were doubled (also doubling cost). Sent a report of problem by email and received a quick response promising to investigate. The order was adjusted before shipping and was correct when it arrived. The whole process was easy and promptly handled. My kind of vendor!

The advertisement lived up to it's word. We are very satisfied with the product and will order again from this company.

Not a great first experience
Ordered 6 items, 2 were wrong. Also, the shipping was slower than I have experienced with other sites. We'll see how the return goes.

Every little bit helps
I've been ordering from 123Refills for quite a while. Not big orders but always taken care of promptly. Thanks to Vince Hewitt for the additional discount from now on.
