Patrick was helpful in verifying the defective cartridge. I took 1 star off because he didn’t call me back as promised. That’s my only complaint.

I appreciate the quick service on filling my order. These refills work well on my HP printer, which can be finicky. It identifies the cartridges as used and does not give an accurate reading on fill level. It does print well with them, and gives good results.

About ten years ago a friends suggested I stop buying ink at regular stores and use your company. I was a little cautious, at the time I didn't really trust online purchasing. (I still don't by the way). Nevertheless, I trust my friend and it turned out to be very good advice. I've purchased several cartridges every year from you since her tip. Every transaction was quick, the correct product delivered and the prices (with a coupon) is always low. I would and have recommended this company to others.

Great price, but the colors seem to be smudging, even after multiple alignments and cleanings. This is on my canon multi color and black cartridges, I've never had problems with the single ink cartridges from them in the past.

Something is ok

Ordering was a little confusing because of all the different cartridges to choose from. Shiipping was fast. Delivery time was slow with the USPS. But that not their 123's fault. TH

I initially had issues when first replacing my cartridges but it seemed to work if I ignore the warnings that the machine didn't recognize it. Though I'm sure it could be a hassle for those less tech savvy.
