CL241XL & PG240XL review.
Ordering was a little confusing because of all the different cartridges to choose from. Shiipping was fast. Delivery time was slow with the USPS. But that not their 123's fault. TH

I used to buy ink and supplies from 123refills to refill my old cartridges, which I did for years. But that became a bother, so I started buying remanufactured cartridges from them, and they work great. The very few times there was a problem with the order, they corrected it immediately. Lots of information, too, both on-line and if you call. Orders take usually a week to Indiana. I don't know why I would change, although 123refills have "lasted" through at least three printers.

I initially had issues when first replacing my cartridges but it seemed to work if I ignore the warnings that the machine didn't recognize it. Though I'm sure it could be a hassle for those less tech savvy.

Received my refill kit and product worked pretty much as advertised except the included drill would not produce holes big enough to insert the plugs into on my HP 564 cartridges; a slightly larger bit in my drill took care of the problem. The bigger problem was that, in spite of completely refilling the cartridges, my printer would not recognize them as being anything but empty and they can not be re-used. Maybe topping off new cartridges and refilling them every couple of weeks would be a viable work-around for my HP 7520 all-in-one.

Hello for the HP 564 they have chips that get "empty" after 1 use, so after refilling new chips need to be installed. We offer the new chips, they are easy to install, and are offered on the HP 7520 page: http://123refills.net/cic/eg/inkjetprinter.php?printer=HP+Photosmart+7520 We will reach out to you personally to resolve for you.
